Who We Are
1440 Promise is a Christ-centered organization driven to combat recidivism across Oklahoma. Our programs intentionally focus to equip participants with the tools they need for re-entry success—success that starts within and serves as the cornerstone for healthy homes and a resilient purpose-driven career.
Our approach is intentional – collaborative – and deeply rooted in transformation. By working alongside our dedicated staff – passionate volunteers – community resource partners – local leaders – and business owners – we close the gaps and eliminate the barriers these individuals face.

Your Success Begins Here
1440 Entrepreneurial Program uses a faith-infused approach as we journey with the incarcerated who are hungry for change. Every 8 months – we interview and welcome new participants into our program at the correctional facilities. This facilitator led class meets daily with a high level of accountability- where everyone is treated with love – dignity and respect. Our objective is to build a high standard of character within each participant as we intentionally focus on entrepreneurial education – life-skills – unique purpose and transformation. At the end of the program – graduates who stay committed to the process walk out with confidence – dignity – self-value – and a true sense of servant-minded leadership.
1440 Discovery Program takes a Christ-centered approach as we journey alongside and prepare each individual for the future. Every 12 weeks – we welcome new groups of men and women into our program. Here – we create an environment that is both safe and empowering so that a transformational process can begin. It helps unearth real purpose through discovering of each participants unique design restoring self-worth. The stigma and destructive nature of labels associated with the shame and guilt of incarceration begin to lift. We believe that every person is a unique and carefully created masterpiece – just waiting to be set free from bondage.
